Edward Eberle left teaching art at Carnegie Mellon University in 1985 to embark on his solo career. In that same year, Eberle opened an art studio in Millvale, PA alongside to fellow friends and artists.

After only four years in the Millvale studio, Eberle held a solo exhibition at the Garth Clark Gallery in Midtown Manhattan. Being a huge success, Eberle maintained a strong relationship with the gallery, partaking in numerous other solo and group shows at Garth Clark. In the following year, 1990, Eberle returned for a much larger solo exhibit bringing these floor vases and more.

For decades, Eberle's popularity has grown with numerous exhibitions and acquisitions to museums and private collections internationally. While the Garth Clark Gallery sadly no longer exists, we're lucky to have incredible picture such as this to remember a special time and place.
